Timing: From 9.00am to 12.00 (noon) and 1.30pm to 5pm.
Venue: Planned training courses will be held in our training centre which was specially devised for running this type of activity, each working room providing at least one workstation per person. Our training centre was approved by Novell (NAEC) and Caldera System.
Registration: We imperatively need to receive a registration form per student 15 days minimum before the beginning of the course. Please use our fax number 022 793 86 32. You can also register on-line through our Website.
Your inscription will be confirmed by return letter or e-mail.
Fees and Payment: Course fees are indicated on the corresponding registration form. Total amount of fee is due as soon as the inscription is confirmed and has to be accounted by us 10 days minimum before the beginning of the course. An invoice will be attached to our confirmation. Any registration not confirmed by payment within the deadline could be cancelled by IDSA.
Course fees include:
Training provided by a certified instructor.
All equipment and software necessary to the training.
Training follow-up during the month following its training, the student can get in touch by e-mail with IDSA and ask any question referring to his specific training. His instructor will answer him as quickly as possible.
The official student kit.
A place of parking.
Lunch and drinks provided during breaks.
Cancellation of registration: The registration to a specific course can be postponed to a later date according to IDSA’s availabilities, provided the payment was received and your request in writing is sent to us 10 days minimum before the beginning of the course. Would your cancellation be received 15 days minimum before the beginning of the course; to total amount of the fee will be refunded to you. Any cancellation received in writing less than 15 days before the beginning of the course will be only refunded up to 70 % of the course fee. In the event a participant does not show up without previous notice, the course fee will not be refunded, but the registration can be postponed to a later date according to IDSA’s availabilities.
Cancellation of private courses: According to IDSA’s availabilities; a private course can be postponed to a later date only if the course fee was paid and if the request for change is sent to us in writing 10 days minimum before the beginning of the course. In any case, a private course which is cancelled cannot be refunded. The failure to turn up of one or several participants to a private course will not be refunded.
Cancellation of courses by ID Integrated Dated SA: If, the number of participant is not satisfying, a public course can be postponed by IDSA to a later date ID S.A. reserve the right to cancel a course without notice, ONLY in the event of the instructor being sick. In that case, the participant will have the possibility either to be refunded of the total amount of the fee or to postpone his registration to a later date according to IDSA’s availabilities.
