  • Provide remote assistance to solve problems quickly.
  • Perform troubleshooting.
  • Provide on-site assistance when you need it.
  • Manage requests for and acquisition of software and hardware.
  • Provide friendly user support in French and English during business hours from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
